Try before you buy

Every copy of CueCart comes with a 7-day free trial that unlocks every feature — no card required. The trial is the complete application, so you can build a real show, run it on your own hardware, and confirm CueCart is right for you before you pay anything. We strongly encourage you to use it.

All sales are final

Because the free trial lets you fully evaluate CueCart in advance, a CueCart license purchase is final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or lack of use, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If something goes wrong

We want you up and running. If you hit a technical problem — a license that won't activate, a payment charged twice, or the download not working — please contact us before requesting anything from your bank, and we'll make it right:

• Activation or license issue — we'll help you activate, or move your license to the correct device.
• Duplicate or incorrect charge — if you were genuinely billed in error (for example, charged twice for one license), we will refund the erroneous charge.
• Never received your license — we'll re-send it or resolve the order.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us first — a quick email almost always resolves the problem faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in your license being deactivated.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer right you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
